Luffy experienced so much pain on Thriller Bark because he faced powerful enemies like Gecko Moria and his zombie army. Additionally, Luffy pushed himself to his limits during his battles, putting immense strain on his body. The emotional toll of seeing his crewmates in danger and the intense battles he fought all contributed to the physical pain Luffy endured on Thriller Bark. **

The nightmare scenario of Luffy vs. Gear 4 Luffy would be a battle between Luffy and his own powerful transformation. Gear 4 Luffy is a form that Luffy can enter to greatly enhance his strength, speed, and durability, making him a formidable opponent. If Luffy were to face off against his own Gear 4 form, it would be a battle of willpower and strategy, as he would have to find a way to overcome his own immense power and abilities. This scenario would test Luffy's limits and force him to push himself to new heights in order to emerge victorious. **

Luffy doesn't age because he consumed the Gum-Gum Fruit, also known as the Gomu Gomu no Mi, which is a Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to stretch his body like rubber. One of the side effects of consuming a Devil Fruit is that the user becomes immune to the effects of aging, effectively granting them eternal youth. This is why Luffy has remained the same age throughout the series despite the passage of time. **
